TRAILER
• Aluminum chassis brands FERRUZ. Ground of first floor with aluminum tongue and groove
panels. Goose neck chassis of 270mm.
• 3 Axles BPW.
• Pneumatic suspension with height valve control.
• Disc brakes, directive CE, electronic system EBS. ABS (4 sensors, 2 modulators).
• First and third lift axles.
• 7 tires 385/55 R 22,5. (Includes spare wheel). Aluminum rims.
• Aluminum support feet.
• RSS roll-over protection system.

• Coupling height of fifth wheel is 1150 mm.
BODYWORK
Dimensions
• Length 13,80 + 0,25 m. of the lifting platform = 14,05 m. Width 2,55 m.
Structure
• All components, exteriors and interiors, are manufactured of aluminium, with specially
selected alloys.
• Sides formed by reinforced panels and openings formed with reinforced tubes anti- buckling.
• Waterproof roof with thermally insulated caps.
Interior distribution
• The difference level of chassis is solved with two steps.
• 5 floors of load with 1 central folding aisle.
• Help device to open folding.
• Assemble nylon looking elements to hold the folding parts in the opened position.
• Do not put spring closures on the folding parts.
• 5 compartments on each floor formed by transversal doors.
• Indoor doors and indoor fixed divisions with panels and bars.
• Winter side caps with hydraulic activation. Activation of winter side caps, each side
separately.
• Installation 27 fans in one side of the vehicle. Sequential start up to save energy.
• Water tank of 470 l. of total capacity to comply with regulation CE 1/2005 of animal welfare
in the transport for long journeys, with installation of nipples drink in both sides of vehicle.
• Side access doors to the first four compartments of first, second, third and fourth floor.
• 10 back doors for access to the cage from lift platform.
• Back doors with magnets instead of closures on the floor.
• Waterproof roof with 5 folding caps on centre, and 5 fixed caps on both sides. Caps are built
with thermally insulated panel and are white on the outside.
• Help device to open waterproof roof.
• Lifting platform with columns brand MOLAS of 1000 Kg. de capacity, with system of
banisters. Activation with electric engine. Autonomous batteries. Manoeuvres controlled by
wired command, or manually through levers of the hydraulic distributor. Acoustic and visual
signalling of manoeuvres.
• Help device to open the banisters.
• Rubber elements of the lifting platform with greater thickness and rigidity.
• Put black gravel on the floor of the lifting platform.
• Paint the railings of the lifting platform inside and out of colour black.
Accessories
• Mudguard anti-spray. Aluminium box with cap and lock with key. Special aluminium box for
electric-hydraulic components of the lift platform. Water tank for wash basin with so
